On the afternoon of July 26, Zhu Shanlu, Member of Standing Committee of CPC Beijing Municipal Committee and Leader of the Coordination Group for Training Work of the Beijing Olympic Games, came to Wukesong Venue for an inspection of the work of team training and certified job-taking. At the seminar, Zhu listened to the overall situation of assessment of certified job-taking being carried out comprehensively and spoke highly of the work; also, he listened to the special report on Olympic training conducted by such units as Wukesong Venue Cluster, National Swimming Center, North Area of Olympic Park and Urban Road Cycling Course and sang high praise for the training work carried out by the Olympic venue teams and the remarkable achievements made by them for meeting "Good Luck Beijing" sports events and the success of the distinctive and high-level Olympic Games.

Zhu pointed out that all Olympic venue teams should conform to the spirit of the 84th executive committee of the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of XXIX Olympiad (BOCOG) and the oath-taking rally involved in by all the circles of the capital at the ceremony one-year countdown to the opening of the Olympic Games, vigorously carry forward the five sprits coming into being in the preparation for the Olympic Games, strengthen their sense of responsibility, sense of urgency and sense of mission for the work of Olympic training and make full preparations for meeting the Olympic Games with first-class work level and good mental status. As "Good Luck Beijing" sports events draw near, all the venue teams should conduct training against the clock, master all knowledge and skills required for various posts, resolve practical problems such as connection of posts and cooperation between departments and constantly enhance the mental outlook of all personnel, should accomplish high-quality and high-level training by means of working out serious training codes, grasping major training links and performing the mechanism of training responsibility, and should treat the work of certified job-taking of the venues teams for "Good Luck Beijing" sports events seriously and ensure training quality through pre-job assessment and examination to effectively improve the capacity of all the personnel of the venue teams so as to provide adequate talent support for the success of "Good Luck Beijing" sports events and the Beijing Olympic Games.
