Czech Republic enlarged its losing streak to two games at the "Good Luck Beijing" 2007 International Baseball Tournament after falling to China 9-2 this evening.

Richard Kania, head coach of the Czech team, noted after the game: "Both teams played well today. After the sixth inning, China played better and better to win."

"The Chinese team has become very strong under the leadership of the two American coaches." He added.

Jakub Hajtmar, No. 21 on the Cezch team, admitted that "The Chinese pitchers are so strong that we could hardly take on them."

The losing streak made the Cezch No.1 player Ales Navratil a little bit depressed. He said: "We are strong in outside play but need to improve the inside. I hope we can do better in the upcoming European Championships."

Speaking of the next clash between China and Japan, Kania was quoted as saying that "They are different teams. The results showed that China played better."
